海绵铁

海绵铁具有较好的还原活性和高比表面积特点，作为水除氧剂的海绵粒度为2-5mm，孔隙率极高，比表面积大，活性高，极易与水中的氧发生反应生成Fe3O3,从而达到除氧目的，反应产物为不易溶于水的絮状沉淀，被拦截下来，用一定强度的反洗水可以冲洗干净。
1、工作原理
常温过滤式除氧属化学除氧，它采用专门生产的活性海绵铁(直接还原铁)来去除水中溶解氧，海绵铁主要成分是铁，其疏松多孔的内部结构，提供的比表面积是普通铁屑的5-10万倍，可使水中的氧与铁发生迅速彻底的氧化反应，使溶解氧稳定在0.05mg/L以下，其反应式为：
2Fe2+ + 2H2O + O22Fe(OH)2 4Fe(OH)2+ 2H2O +O24Fe(OH)3
反应产物Fe(OH)2、Fe(OH)3为不易溶于水的絮状沉淀，当随着水流经其余的海绵铁颗粒时被拦截下来，只要用一定强度的反洗水流就可以冲洗干净(大约5分钟)。
海绵铁的消耗量很低，根据处理水量与水质的不同，一般3 - 6个月补充一次即可。
