硅藻土过滤机的功能：

一分钟内将硅藻土用高压泵注入滤板间的滤布上，形成4－4.5mm厚固体板，经1－3分钟冲洗接样见没有硅藻土颗粒，就可以过滤，以后随便停开。

硅藻土过滤机的特点：

1、开机不用循环；

2、停机不用保压；

3、停多长时间、多少次都可以；

4、不怕过滤中途停电；

5、不怕压力波动；

6、硅藻土不会龟裂或脱落；

7、过滤质量从头到尾一样永保上层；

8、过滤一遍就达到清澈透明无沉淀；

9、浊度可≤0.3F.T.U；

10、能截留1－0.1μm颗粒；

11、高效优质节能省工省时均在60％以上；

12、减少因循环所造成酒挥发掉度、损失香味等酒损；

13、经该机过滤的白酒等于摧陈老熟半年至一年的效果；

14、因它可以返冲洗，不用一次一拆机，可返冲4－5次后再拆机清洗；

15、该机滤千吨白酒成本平均仅为0.54－0.6元／吨，二年后加上易损件更换也不到1元／吨，比予涂过滤机每年可节约1－1.5万元。
